Riley grew up in a family deeply rooted in the entertainment industry. Her early exposure to music and acting came from her famous relatives. She began her career in modeling as a teenager, walking the runway for Dolce & Gabbana and appearing on the cover of Vogue with her mother and grandmother.

Riley made her film debut in 2010, portraying Marie Currie in the musical biopic The Runaways.
