Minka Kelly Age

Born on June 24th, 1980, American actress Minka Kelly is an accomplished actress and model. Kelly wanted to become a surgical assistant but fell in love with acting and fully pursued it as a career. In 2003, Kelly made her acting debut as an extra in the short film, The Turbo Charged Prelude for 2 Fast 2 Furious, followed by a guest appearance on Cracking up. She appeared in a number of television shows such as Entourage (2004), Drake & Josh (2004), and American Dreams (2004). 

She landed her first starring role on the NBC drama series Friday Night Lights (2006), playing the role of high school student and cheerleader “Lyla Garrity.” She earned critical acclaim for her role in the series, in which she disclosed she had trained with the Pflugerville High School cheering squad in preparation for the character. She starred in the 2006 horror film The Pumpkin Karver as Tammy Boyles and had a cameo role in the film The Kingdom (2007), starring alongside Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Garner.

In 2011, she was named “Sexiest Woman Alive” in the annual Esquire magazine feature and was dubbed the fittest woman in Hollywood by Gold’s Gym, 2011 due to her healthy diet and her new martial arts routine in preparation for Angels. Kelly was cast in a reboot of the drama series Charlie’s Angels in the role of street racer Eve French. The series was canceled due to poor ratings after the fourth episode despite a planned 13 episodes. In 2017, Kelly was cast on the DC Universe Series Titans in a recurring role as Dawn Granger/Dove and was promoted to a series regular in the second season of the series. 

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with friends, listening to music, working out, and eating healthy food. She loves cooking and is a graduate of a six-month program from the New School of Cooking in Culver City, California. Kelly also enjoys taking a walk with her dog.
